If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please email us at email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
All returns must be packaged in the original shipping cartons, including all packing materials.
Please mark the RMA number on the outside of all cartons being returned.

Please note we do not accept partial returns.
We do not credit back shipping costs.
All returns and/or exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
Items that are returned within 30 days of your order shipment.
Items in original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn.
Refunds are processed 2 ways: issued back to the original method of payment or with store credit (see below).
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?
Clearance items (price ends in 7) & warehouse sale items
Holiday items must be received by The Hair Bow Company as a return 30 days prior the holiday and will receive a refund equal to the current selling price. Holiday items returned in bulk (amount exceeds $100 in product) are subject to 25% restocking fees and are also refunded with the current sales price for the items.
OTHER RETURN DETAILS:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items purchased with a promotional code are not refunded at full price; items will be pro-rated to reflect the discount price so that the price paid for the item will be refunded.
If your item was purchased during a free shipping promotion or shipped for free, the standard shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping should they want an item back if items are returned that are not eligible for returns.
HOW SOON WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?
Please allow 10 business days from the date your return is received for your refund to be processed.
Damaged items MUST be reported to within 5 days of receiving the goods. Please inspect your items upon arrival!
At this time, we are unable to exchange items. Please place a new order on the website for a different size, color or product using your store credit from your return. Thank you!
Packages that are shown as delivered according to the tracking information cannot be reshipped by PlayFunParty.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Orders returned due to insufficient addresses are treated as returns if we are unable to get corrected shipping information. We will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to reship the order if an insufficient or incorrect address is provided during checkout.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted. If you need to cancel an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Due to our short fulfillment times, please understand that we are unable to cancel some orders.
