What does your Mobile Play Rentals include?

Our Mobile Play Rentals will provide hours of fun and entertainment for your guests. Our selection includes soft play equipment, montessori toys, large ball pit, toddler and white bounce houses. Check out our Mobile Play Packages to learn more.

What is soft play?

  • Foam-padded play equipment primarily for crawlers to five-year-olds
  • Creates a structured, stimulating, and safe play environment.
  • Stimulates and develops physical dexterity and literacy.
  • Greatly beneficial for children with special/development needs.

What is montessori?

Montessori encourages independence and concentration. It is a clean, simple playing space with a carefully selected, limited number of age-appropriate toys. Most Montessori play equipment are usually made of wood like the Pikler Triangle to create a nice clean look.

Can the packages be customized?

  • All packages can be customized to fit your space and budget. This may result in additional charge if you want to upgrade to different or bigger play equipment or toys.

  • Certain items may be replaced of similar value without notice.
  • Packages are subject to availability and on a first come first serve basis.

Do you clean your play equipment and balls?

Absolutely. Like our indoor play space, it goes through stringent cleaning and sanitizing. You can have a peace of mind that a nice and clean play area will be delivered to you. All play equipment and balls are washed with mild soap, water then sanitized again after each use.

How does delivery, set up, and pick up work?

  • We provide Contactless Delivery, Set Up, and Pick Up.  A DELIVERY FEE will apply based on your location.
  • We arrive 60-90 minutes prior to your party start time to set up.
  • Please inform us in advance of any restrictions that may impose a challenge or delay to set up (like hills, stairs, narrow street, etc.).
  • Breakdown takes about 60-90 minutes depending on the package.
  • Please make sure to have the play equipment back in its original set up and balls in the ball pit prior to pick up.

**All rentals, including deposit, and mileage are subject to the applicable NC sales tax.**

Do you set up indoors/outdoors?

  • We can set it up indoor or outdoor so you can celebrate, regardless of the weather.
  • Each package has a minimum size recommended for set up. Please refer to the packages section to make sure you have the space required. Each package can be reconfigured to fit your space. Please discuss with us first before booking to make sure the package you choose will fit nicely. This helps ensure a safe and fun play environment for your event.

Please review the guidelines when setting the play space outdoors.

  • We do not set up on dirt, sand, tanbarks, extremely dirty or uneven surfaces.
  • The surface must be FLAT, dry, clean, and safe. Driveways, pavements, and hardwood surfaces are best, especially for the foam tile mats, so they stay intact.
  • Grass is accepted as long as it is dry and clear of debris.
  • Play space must be set up in a shaded area or under a canopy to protect the play equipment and prevent it from getting hot for the kids. We provide canopies for rent HERE.
  • For the safety of our guests and employees, we will not set up outdoors if rain or inclement weather is in the forecast.
  • Party host should plan to reschedule in advance or set up indoors, if possible.
  •  Deposits or payments are non-refundable and may be used as credit to reschedule your rental for a future date within a year.
  • Please note: Once PlayFunParty begins to set up the equipment, it cannot be relocated and a refund WILL NOT be issued.

  • If you are hosting your event at a park, or event center it is your responsibility to verify our equipment is allowed on the premises**

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations are based on a first-come first-serve basis. To secure your package, date and time, you have two options:

1) Pay a non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve the date and time. The remaining balance will be emailed to you via invoice and is due 2 days prior to your event. OR

2) You can select your package and pay for it upfront.

What are the main rules?

Please review the main rules.

  • Remove shoes before entering play area.
  • No drink or food.
  • No face paint, slime, glitter, pens, bubbles, or sharp objects.
  • If water/pool play is near the soft play, dry off before entering play area.
  •  Adult supervision is required.
  • Additional rules are outlined in our Rental Agreement.
