Do you ship to Canada or internationally?
At this time, PlayFunParty ships only within the continental U.S.
What do you charge for Ground Shipping?
Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $5.99. FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders of $25 or more shipped within the Continental United States qualify for Free Ground Shipping. Orders shipped via Ground Shipping are typically shipped within 2 business days and arrive in 7 to 10 business days. We always encourage our customers to order early to make sure the party favors, party supplies, and other products arrive on time.
All shipments will be made via USPS or UPS Ground.
Please note: Business days are Monday thru Friday (Saturday, Sunday and holidays do not count as business days).
Our carriers will not deliver to a PO Box. Please provide us with a valid street address!
Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
At this time, we only offer 2 or 3-day Expedited Shipping and is only valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States. Please contact customer service if you would like an expedited shipping quote for Alaska or Hawaii.
3 BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING
3 Day Shipping is a flat rate of $9. All 3 Day Shipping orders confirmed before 10:00 AM PST (1 PM EST) will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PT (2 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
2 BUSINESS DAY AIR
2nd Day Air is a flat rate of $18. All 2nd Day Air orders confirmed before 10:00 a.m. PT (1 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail normally within one business day of your package shipping that will include a link for tracking. You can also visit our order status page anytime to get the latest information.
Will you share my personal information with other companies?

Is it safe to use my credit card to order online?
Our site uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol that encrypts personal information being transferred over the Internet during the ordering process. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom of the browser window. We do not store or retain any credit card information on our servers.
